Decline payment
In the event that a payment has declined an email will be sent to update the payment method. If after 3 days, the payment has not been resolved, access to the program will be suspended. Once monies are up to date, access to the program will be reactivated.
Refunds
Please note the following: (1) Once purchased, you will have 14 days to request a refund. If you have not completed 50% of the program you will receive a full refund. If you have completed more than 50% of the program or if after 14 days there are no refunds. All payment plans must be completed. (2) Program prices are subject to change without notice, but once purchased, your rate is locked in. By purchasing any of our programs, you are agreeing to these terms.
